12 Traits of a Super Shopper
Here is my list of 12 traits of a super shopper: 1) You know the lowest price of what you normally buy by the use of your
price book.
2) You rarely run out of groceries, household supplies and personal items because you replenish these things as they are running low. 3) You don't store huge amount of anything. You only keep a small excess unless you find exceptional deals or stocking up on things is part of your survival strategy. I have no problem with that idea and may want to explore it some day. 4) You consider carefully every purchase you make. Whether it is for a quarter or the cost of a new home. 5) The time you put into considering is directly proportional to the cost. It is easy to say no to your kids for the cost of the pack of gum. It will take a lot more effort to convince your wife that you don't really need the biggest most expensive house. 6) You shop around to find the best deals. You use excellent resources like the one below to find good deals:
7) If you really need something, you wait until you have the money and then you go out and buy it. 8) You are not afraid to go into multiple stores and not buy anything. 9) Your eyes go naturally to the lowest price when scanning the shelves. 10) You don't always buy the cheapest if it makes more sense for you. If I can justify the extra cost I will spend a little more. 11) You plan your shopping trips to minimize the miles, time or both if possible. 12) Shopping is not your main hobby. If you follow these tips you will become a super shopper.
